Experts across the M&A spectrum explain the steps and resources needed once a business owner decides to explore an exit.  Fast-paced, on-target content from financial advisors, investment bankers, and CPAs, as well as those from legal, lending, private equity, and real estate, explains professional contributions needed to navigate a successful transaction process. The program is capped by a seller’s real-life experiences.


Networking and Racing at Keeneland Race Course

Plan for an enjoyable afternoon of camaraderie and networking and spectacular thoroughbred racing at Keeneland.  As a BLUEMAP attendee, grandstand admission tickets are included in the day’s package taking place during the final week of the Spring Meet. You’ll be given instructions on where to gather at Keeneland. Post time is 1 p.m.


A National Historic Landmark, Keeneland attracts thousands of visitors to  its well-manicured landscape for its thoroughbred racing, horse sales and scenic beauty. Keeneland is hosting 19 stakes races during the meet, with over $8 million in purses and the country’s top 3-year-olds.
